You see that most of those adjectives above end in "...ai," or in all cases in double vowels with "i" at the end. So this ending tend to "degenerate" into "...ee" in rough guy's speech. Similarly, you might find the "...tai" (want to) form of verb changed the same way: mitai (want to see) - mitee tabetai (want to eat) - tabetee
Those might come up in movies, comics, etc., and you do hear it, so it would help if you recognize them, but in any case not recommended for use.
